I initially purchased this item, it arrived quickly and installation was pretty simple, they have some very helpful instructions and everything is plug and play. Their support team helped me out when I messed up. I 100 reccomend. (Also it makes really good coffee)

Works perfectly out of the box and it’s as plug and play as you could ask for. When I ran into some difficulty due to my technical inability, BG was quickly responsive and super helpful. Truly above and beyond. Oh make sure you have a long hex wrench. Maybe a list of tools would be helpful for installation.

So far so good! There’s a little bit of a lag on boot so I was nervous that I had connected something incorrectly when setting things up and then I saw the logo light up on the screen. Phew! The most complicated part of the whole process was threading in the thermocouple into the boiler in a tight space. The instructions clearly state not to bend the wire and it seems simple but the space is so tight it feels like an easy thing to accidentally do. There have also been times when I’ve turned the machine off and on again quickly (by accident when triggering my smart plug) and the screen does not light up. Shutting everything off for a minute or two and trying again brings it back to life. All in all, it’s been a game changer to be able to see a stable temperature and not have to worry about steam running out when frothing milk!
