Upgrade your Gaggia Classic with the Barista Gadgets PRO V2, an advanced temperature and brewing controller designed specifically for Gaggia Classic Pro, Gaggia Classic E24, Gaggia Classic EVO / EVO Pro, and 2019 models.
PRO V2 transforms the Gaggia Classic into a more capable and configurable espresso machine while keeping the familiar workflow of the original machine. This all-in-one Gaggia Classic mod provides precise temperature control, improved steam management, programmable brewing profiles, flow monitoring, manual pump control, Bluetooth scale integration, and WiFi connectivity.
Take full control of your extraction using the dedicated manual brew potentiometer, allowing you to adjust pump power in real time while brewing. When you create a manual shot you like, PRO V2 can save the shot and reproduce it as an automatic brewing profile for improved consistency.
Connect a compatible Bluetooth espresso scale for live weight monitoring and stop-by-weight brewing. PRO V2 can track the shot in real time and automatically stop the extraction at your desired beverage weight.
The built-in brewing profile system allows you to create and save customized extraction profiles, giving you greater control over how your espresso develops throughout the shot. Settings and profiles can also be managed through the integrated WiFi interface.
Whether you’re looking for a Gaggia Classic temperature controller, Gaggia Classic PID alternative, brew profiling system, or complete Gaggia Classic upgrade, Barista Gadgets PRO V2 combines multiple advanced brewing features into one integrated system.
V2 currently supports:
BooKoo Themis/mini
