PRO V2 transforms the Gaggia Classic into a more capable and configurable espresso machine while keeping the familiar workflow of the original machine. Connect a compatible Bluetooth espresso scale for live weight monitoring and stop-by-weight brewing. PRO V2 can track the shot in real time and automatically stop the extraction at your desired beverage weight.
The built-in brewing profile system allows you to create and save customized extraction profiles, giving you greater control over how your espresso develops throughout the shot. Settings and profiles can also be managed through the integrated WiFi interface.

“Greetings from KSA! I ordered the PID Pro and had it brought to Saudi Arabia through a friend. The instructions in the manual were clear, and a YouTube video created by another buyer made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. However, keep in mind that you might need an extra pair of hands for some steps, especially if it’s your first time working with electronics. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the purchase!” Note : Fixed on a GCP Evo US version.

During the shipping difficulties with Canada Post on strike, BaristaGadgets was very quickly responsive with me in ensuring that the package will make its way otherwise they will work something out. I got my PID much later obviously, but I was happy that I got it! The install procedure alongside Tom’s Coffee Corner helped me install it on the E24, and thankfully it works just as expected! Now the question is how long will it work for, hoping the hardware doesn’t give out and that it gives me a reliable machine for the time to come. Thanks BG
