The functionality, the color display are all fantastic. This PID reunited me with my Gaggia, that I haven’t touched in 10 months. The pain of temperature surfing just made it too much of a hassle for my busy mornings. The profile setup is the biggest game changer. Consistent temperature, consistent shot timing, the flow control is giving me tasty shot after shot espresso. It’s amazing how I don’t have to chase the grind size because of the flow control. Love this addition to my GCP. Also, I stupidly overlooked the QR code for directions thinking it was a discount or business card or something. I contacted the seller to ask for directions and within minutes I had a reply to refer to the QR code. So the customer service was on point.
