The requirement to use a qualified technician does not mean that Barista Gadgets guarantees the technician’s work, installation quality, workmanship, safety, or results.

Any technician selected by the customer is an independent third party unless Barista Gadgets expressly states otherwise in writing.

Barista Gadgets is not responsible for the technician’s:

• Acts or omissions
• Installation work
• Wiring
• Advice
• Qualifications
• Workmanship
• Mistakes
• Failure to follow instructions
• Damage to equipment
• Failure to comply with applicable codes or safety requirements

6. Electrical and Safety Notice

Certain Barista Gadgets products interact with electrical equipment, heating systems, pumps, switches, relays, sensors, water systems, steam systems, or other internal components of espresso machines.

Installation, servicing, maintenance, or modification involving electrical or internal machine components must be performed by a qualified technician.

8. Installation Does Not Create a Guarantee

Installation by a qualified technician does not constitute or create any representation, warranty, or guarantee by Barista Gadgets that:

• The espresso machine will remain free from damage

• Injury or loss cannot occur
• The technician’s work complies with all applicable requirements
• The original machine warranty will remain valid

The use of a qualified technician does not transfer responsibility for the condition, installation, maintenance, or operation of the customer’s espresso machine or equipment to Barista Gadgets.

9. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for:
