The Barista Gadgets System is an advanced espresso machine control and upgrade kit designed to give home baristas greater control over temperature, brewing, flow, weight, and shot profiling.
Depending on the system configuration, it can provide features such as advanced temperature control, Steam Boost, predictive weight, automatic stop by weight, Bluetooth scale support, automatic shot profiles, flow profiling, manual control, and saved-shot replay.
The system is designed to combine the flexibility of manual espresso brewing with the consistency and repeatability of automation.

Yes. The Barista Gadgets System is designed as a plug-and-brew kit to make installation as straightforward as possible.
Each kit includes a detailed installation manual with step-by-step instructions for installing and setting up the system.

The system is supplied preconfigured and ready to use, so customers do not need to install firmware, compile code, program the controller, or use development software before installation.

What machine are the installation instructions based on? The supplied installation instructions are based on the Gaggia Classic 120V U.S. model. Customers using a different Gaggia Classic version, voltage, production year, or regional model should verify compatibility before installation, as internal wiring and components may differ.

The supplied installation instructions are based on the 120V U.S. versions of supported Gaggia Classic machines.

The Barista Gadgets System supports the following compatible
Bluetooth espresso scales: BooKoo Themis, BooKoo Mini, Themis Acaia Pearl, Acaia Lunar, Eureka Precia.

For the best overall experience, we highly recommend the BooKoo Mini Themis. Its compact size makes it especially well suited for espresso setups and integrates well with the Barista Gadgets System.

When a supported Bluetooth scale is connected, the system can use live weight data for features such as Stop by Weight and other scale-assisted brewing functions.

Using a compatible Bluetooth scale can also improve the accuracy of flow profiling, because the system can use live beverage-weight data to calculate and control puck flow more precisely during extraction.

Most Barista Gadgets orders are shipped within 24 hours on business days.
Orders are shipped through USPS, and delivery within the United States typically takes an average of 4–5 business days after shipment.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available so you can follow your package .Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weekends, holidays, weather, or USPS delays.

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at support@baristagadgets.com and include your order number along with the cancellation or modification you would like to make.
We will do our best to accommodate your request before the package is handed over to USPS. Once an order has been shipped or deposited with USPS, we are no longer able to cancel or modify the order.
Because most orders are shipped quickly, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible after placing your order if you need to make a change.

Barista Gadgets provides a 12-month limited warranty on electronic components, starting from the original date of purchase. If you believe an electronic component is faulty, please contact support@baristagadgets.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
The buyer may be required to return the suspected faulty component to Barista Gadgets for inspection. After we receive and evaluate the item, we will determine whether the failure was caused by a product defect or by factors such as improper installation, incorrect wiring, misuse, physical damage, water damage, unauthorized modification, or other user-related causes.
If we determine that the component failed due to a covered defect and not because of user error or misuse, we will replace it with the same component or an equivalent replacement, depending on availability. This warranty applies to eligible electronic components only and does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, improper installation, or damage caused by use outside the product’s intended purpose.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled items returned in their original packaging and condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Defective products are handled under our warranty and may be replaced after inspection.
