Gaggia Classic Mod – Smart Temperature & Brew Control System | Baristanaut

The Baristanaut is a plug-and-brew espresso machine control kit designed for home baristas who want greater control, consistency, and automation while still keeping the freedom of full manual brewing.

It features advanced temperature control for stable brewing temperatures and Steam Boost for improved steaming performance.

Baristanaut also includes Predictive Weight, which estimates the final beverage weight without requiring an external scale. For users who connect a compatible Bluetooth scale, the system can also provide Stop by Weight and additional scale-based brewing control.

Advanced automatic profiling allows you to create customized extraction profiles, including flow profiling, giving you precise control over how the shot develops through each phase.

For manual brewing, a dedicated potentiometer provides direct real-time control during extraction. Once you create a manual shot you like, Baristanaut can save that manual shot and replay it automatically, making it easier to reproduce successful extractions.

Baristanaut also includes a dedicated app designed specifically for editing profiles and system settings. The app makes it easy to configure shot phases, adjust brewing parameters, manage temperature settings, fine-tune profiles, and customize the system without having to make every change directly on the controller.
